My business journey started when I was 10 years old, when my dad started his own international business from our home. From here, I learned all about business strategy , driving new business and building high performing teams through human centric leadership.
A corporate career working for Nike and Apple, both values driven, who lead through people.
They hire the best people, develop them… get out of their way.
My corporate success hid my addiction to work.
I used to believe I would be happy when

The reality is that the happiness never came. I was proud to work 80 hours a week as I believed it was the only way. It was total BS I did so much deep work on myself and brought in a consistent balance of…

Time for change
I have always been a personal development junkie, but it was time to do the deep work. I began by focusing on finding and living as my authentic self, freeing myself from limiting beliefs and childhood wounds, and bringing in a consistent balance of work, rest, and play.
Now, I still love achieving impossible goals, but the difference is I no longer attach my identity or my happiness to securing those achievements. Guess what? I now achieve more! I have inner peace, I am a high performer, and I am grateful for the impact that I have on the world.
It’s that impact that drove me to start Coach to Growth in 2022. I wanted to leave the world better, help people live happier. I love
showing people they can have it all AND be present to life!
Human behaviour
I have always been obsessed with human behaviour, but now, after spending what feels like a lifetime studying it, I get to be an executive coach to high level leaders, sports teams and organisations. In my day to day role, I get to foster deep mindset changes, leadership skills, and cultural enhancement for some of the best teams and leaders in the world – like Nike, Apple, Aston Martin F1, Google, Gentrack, and more.
